Plans and pricing

Invest in being the answer.

Three plans. One roofing company per city. The math works if you win even a single job you were not getting before.

Before the price, the return

A single roof job covers months of this service.

A typical Texas roof replacement runs $10,000 to $15,000. When a homeowner asks AI who to call and your name comes up, that one job changes the math. At Foundation pricing, a single AI-referred job you weren't getting before pays for the retainer 15 times over. At every tier, the question isn't the monthly cost. It's how many calls you're missing right now.

$12,000 avg Texas residential roof job
÷ $800 Foundation monthly retainer
15 × return from a single job

What gets built where

Two layers. One to tell AI what you do, one to tell AI others agree.

On-site

Content on your own website

Answer pages, FAQ sections, schema markup and technical signals published directly to your domain. This is how AI engines learn what you do, where you serve, and why you are credible.

Included in: Foundation, Authority, Domination

Off-site

Mentions on other websites

Forum discussions, local news references, directory listings and third-party write-ups that point back to your content. AI engines treat external references as trust signals. When other sources agree that you are good, the recommendation sticks.

Included in: Domination only

City exclusivity

One roofer per city. When yours is taken, it's taken.

We won't build competing AEO content for two roofing contractors in the same market. It would cancel itself out. On Authority and Domination, your city is locked the moment you sign. On Foundation, the state-level content is non-exclusive because state pages don't compete city to city. But city-specific work is always one contractor per metro, and we mean it.

What exclusivity means for you
  • The only roofer we make AI-visible in your market
  • Content and authority built for your name only
  • A competitor who reads this page too late finds their city already locked

Common questions

What roofers ask before signing up.

How is this different from SEO or Google Ads?
SEO and ads compete for clicks on a results page. AI answers don't show ten links; they hand back a few names. AEO makes sure your own website is one of the sources behind those names, rather than a directory like Angi or HomeAdvisor. You are not paying for a click. You are becoming the cited answer.
Will this actually bring me more roofing jobs?
The goal is to be the company AI recommends at the moment a homeowner is deciding who to trust. Roofing is high-ticket, so even one AI-referred job a month can cover the retainer several times over. We measure citation rate so you can see the trend, but no one can guarantee a specific number of jobs.
How does the one-roofer-per-city rule work?
We work with only one roofing company per metro area. AEO content can't ethically or effectively compete with itself in the same market, so once your city is taken, we won't sign a competitor in it. On Foundation, state-level pages are non-exclusive because they cover Texas broadly and don't target a specific city. On Authority and Domination, city-specific content is always exclusive.
What is the difference between Foundation, Authority and Domination?
Foundation builds the content infrastructure on your website so AI engines start recognizing you as a credible Texas roofing source. It uses state-level content and is non-exclusive. Authority adds city-specific targeting and locks your metro so no competitor can buy the same service in your area. Domination layers on third-party citation building, getting your business mentioned on external sites, forums and local news, which is how AI engines decide who to trust most.
How long until I show up in AI answers?
Most sites start near zero. Content is usually indexed within the first month, with citation rate climbing over the following two to three months as the pages are crawled and the authority signals build. We report the movement every month so you can see exactly where you stand.
